From opera stages to jazz cafes, Michaele Postell has endeared audiences with her delectably sweet and soulful voice for over 20 years. She's originally from Atlanta, GA, where she obtained a B.M. in Vocal Performance cum laude from Kennesaw State University in 2012. By the end of her undergraduate studies, she was an award winning coloratura soprano well known for her beautiful interpretations of operatic arias, art song, and German lieder. She moved to St. Louis in 2018.

In 2022, Michaele began her jazz journey. Immersing herself in the vibrant St. Louis music scene, she's had the honor of swinging on some of the best stages in and out of the metropolitan area (the Strauss Black Box Theatre at the Kirkwood Performing Arts Center, Bedell Performance Hall with Southeast Missouri State University Jazz Band, The Dark Room at The Grandel, Jazz St. Louis, and Joe's Cafe, to name a few).

From June 2024 to August 2025, she held a residency at Alpha Brewing Company Distillery, where she performed on the last Friday of every month.

As well as maintaining a regular performance schedule, Michaele is passionate about writing new music and frequently collaborates with other artists. A debut album is in the works. Please check back soon for a release date.
